Dual-Speed Logging Winch Upgrade|All-New W-2000A

Linventix officially launches the latest W-2000A Dual-Speed Logging Winch,

an upgraded version of Dual-Speed Logging Winch.
It has undergone comprehensive optimizations in structure, drive performance, and intelligent monitoring,
featuring a lighter, stronger, and smarter design to deliver more efficient and reliable solutions for geological and engineering logging operations.


1. Lightweight Anti-Magnetic Structure

The W-2000A features an anti-magnetic design, with a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and stainless-steel fasteners.
It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and ideal for field transportation and long-term use.
The anti-magnetic structure effectively reduces cable magnetization and signal interference, ensuring more stable and accurate downhole data acquisition.


2. Upgraded Dual-Speed Drive System

Building on the classic Dual-Speed series, the W-2000A adopts an optimized chain wheel transmission mechanism for smooth switching between high and low speeds:

  • Low speed: higher traction, suitable for heavy-load and lowering      operations.

  • High speed: faster retrieval, significantly improving      operational efficiency.

The upgrade also enhances power and operational capacity:

  • Maximum power increased to 2000W

  • Maximum pull force increased to 8 KN

  • Cable capacity expanded to 2000 meters (4.7mm)

The dual-speed system balances efficiency and safety, adapting to a wide range of complex conditions.


3. Intelligent Monitoring & Safety Control

Equipped with an advanced tension sensing system, the W-2000A provides real-time depth and tension display, allowing operators to monitor downhole forces and operational status, preventing overloads and cable detachment risks.
The system integrates automatic cable arrangement, brake protection, and emergency stop functions, making operations safer, more intuitive, and easier to manage.
