The W-600A logging winch is primarily used in the fields of petroleum, geology, and engineering exploration, and is used in conjunction with logging and other geophysical exploration instruments as well as downhole tools. This winch features an anti-magnetic design and includes functions such as stepless speed regulation, automatic cable laying, tension protection, and manual braking, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. It utilizes a DC brushless motor as its power source. It can be employed in geophysical exploration and geological survey work in environments such as plateaus, land, and oceans. It has strong adaptability and can accommodate various types of steel wire ropes, armored logging cables, and conventional cables.
The W-600A logging winch employs chain wheel transmission, characterized by its simple structure, safety, reliability, easy maintenance, and straightforward operation. The winch has relatively small width and height dimensions, making it suitable for working in confined underground spaces. Its operation is simple, and it can be conveniently used with speed adjustment, control buttons, and switches.
The W-600A logging winch offers single-gear stepless speed regulation. Different reduction gear ratios can be changed to enable slow pulling of heavy loads or fast pulling of light loads. Users can switch between different reduction gears based on the required speed and traction force at the site to conduct work tests under various conditions.
