The LBC 10-75 Borehole Camera System (with Auto Winch) is a high-resolution borehole visualization inspection system designed for geological investigation, exploration, and engineering inspection applications. It can capture clear downhole video images in clear-water or dry boreholes, with real-time display at the ground control box.
The system consists of a high-definition underwater camera probe, dedicated logging transmission cable, main control box, depth counting system, electric winch, and video recording and storage module. It is waterproof, high-pressure-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant, making it suitable for various complex downhole conditions.
The system supports real-time monitoring, image capturing, video recording and saving. It is easy to operate and ensures complete data recording. The camera probe features automatic focusing, enabling it to stably capture high-quality color images in both dry and clear-water boreholes. It is mainly used for tasks such as classifying geological layers, identifying wellbore formation fractures and karst development, distinguishing fracture-zone areas, determining karst distribution locations, and conducting long-term in-hole monitoring. It can operate in vertical, horizontal, and boreholes at any angle. In water well repair projects, it is primarily used for detecting casing damage, dropped objects in the well, and clogging of filter screen holes.
